This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game Idle Pixel Sand Mosaic (“the app”, “we”) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Information the app handles

Game data stored on your device. Your progress (unlocked levels, gold, upgrades, sound settings) and the status of your purchases are saved locally on your device. This data is not sent to our servers.
Personal information. The app has no account or sign-up, and we do not ask for or collect your name, e-mail address or phone number. We only receive your e-mail address if you write to us.
Advertising and device information. To show ads, the app uses Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use information such as your device advertising ID, IP address (and approximate location derived from it), device model, operating system version, app and ad interactions. This is used to serve ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud.
Purchase information. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We only learn whether a purchase was completed.

2. How we use information

To run the game and keep your progress and purchases on your device.
To display advertising (including rewarded ads that give in-game bonuses) and measure its performance.
To fix bugs, keep the app stable and comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-party services

The app uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

Google Play Services and Google Play Billing
Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) — how Google uses data from apps that use its services
Unity (game engine and In-App Purchasing SDK)

4. Your advertising choices

You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads). If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will not be based on your interests. Deleting your advertising ID also limits ad measurement.

5. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The app contains mature-themed picture categories and is intended for adult players. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data retention and deletion

Because game data is stored on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app. To request deletion of any information we may hold about you (for example, e-mails you sent us), contact us at the address below.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page with its update date.

AdMob; cihazınızın reklam kimliği, IP adresi (ve bundan türetilen yaklaşık konum), cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama ve reklam etkileşimleri gibi bilgileri toplayıp kullanabilir. Bunlar reklam sunmak, reklam performansını ölçmek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için kullanılır.
Satın alma bilgileri. Uygulama içi satın almalar Google Play tarafından işlenir. Ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi almaz ve saklamayız; yalnızca satın almanın tamamlanıp tamamlanmadığını öğreniriz.

4. Reklam tercihleriniz

Android ayarlarınızdan (Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar) reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayabilir veya reklam kişiselleştirmesini kapatabilirsiniz. Kapatırsanız yine reklam görürsünüz, ancak bunlar ilgi alanlarınıza göre seçilmez. Reklam kimliğini silmek reklam ölçümünü de sınırlar.

5. Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Uygulamada yetişkin temalı resim kategorileri bulunur ve yetişkin oyuncular için tasarlanmıştır. Bir çocuğun bize kişisel bilgi verdiğini düşünüyorsanız lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin, bu bilgileri sileriz.

6. Verilerin saklanması ve silinmesi

Oyun verileri cihazınızda saklandığı için, uygulamanın verilerini temizleyerek veya uygulamayı kaldırarak bunları istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Elimizde olabilecek bilgilerin (örneğin bize gönderdiğiniz e-postalar) silinmesini istiyorsanız aşağıdaki adresten bize ulaşın.

7. Güvenlik
